What Is the Loyalty Programme?

The Minisport Loyalty Programme is a points-based rewards system that thanks you for staying connected and engaged with your child's activities. Every time you check in before class, attend sessions, or review your child's progress, you earn points that unlock exclusive benefits and rewards.

The Minisport Loyalty Programme is our way of recognizing that your time and attention are valuable. We want to reward the effort you put into being present and engaged, while also making Minisport more accessible and valuable for families who make us part of their routine.

How You Earn Points

Earning points is simple and fits naturally into what you're already doing. You can earn up to 200 points per class through three easy actions:

100 Points - Class Attendance Your child attends their scheduled Minisport class (the most important part!)

50 Points - Pre-Class Check-In Complete the quick check-in on the app before class starts

50 Points - Post-Class Review Submit feedback after class and collect your child's badges in the app

Important reminder: Badges expire after 24 hours if you don't collect them on the app, so make sure to check in after each class to claim your points and see what your child achieved!

The Tier System: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum

As you accumulate points, you'll progress through four reward tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each offering increasingly valuable benefits. The more engaged you are, the better the rewards become.

What Rewards Can You Unlock?

The tier system offers tangible benefits that make your Minisport experience even better:

Exclusive Discounts Access special pricing during early bird booking windows for camps, and programmes. The higher your tier, the bigger your discount. Silver members enjoy 5% off, Gold members receive 10% off, and Platinum members get 15% off during booking periods.

Early Access Higher-tier members get early access to slots before the start of each term.

How to Track Your Progress

Monitoring your points and tier status is easy through the Minisport app. Simply navigate to your profile where you'll see your current point balance, your tier level, and how many points you need to reach the next tier.

The app makes it simple to understand where you stand and what benefits you've unlocked, so you always know what rewards are available to you.

Getting Started: Profile Completion Bonus

When the loyalty programme launches, you'll have an opportunity to earn bonus points just by completing your family profile. This gives you a head start on your points journey while helping us serve your family better.

You can earn points for adding:

• Guardian photo (40 points)
• Student photo (40 points)
• Emergency contact information (40 points)
• Student nickname (20 points)
• Home location (20 points)
• How you found Minisport (20 points)
• Your child's interests (20 points)

That's up to 200 bonus points just for completing your profile - equivalent to a full class worth of points!

Make It a Routine: Set a reminder to check in before class and review badges afterward - this becomes a natural part of your class-day rhythm.

Involve Your Child: Make collecting badges together a fun post-class tradition. Your child will love showing you what they earned, and you'll earn your 50 post-class points.

Stay Consistent: Regular attendance and engagement add up quickly. Families who attend weekly and complete check-ins will see their points - and benefits - grow steadily.
