At Minisport, we know how much your little ones look forward to their sports sessions!
However, we also understand that Singapore’s unpredictable weather can sometimes pose challenges for outdoor activities. That’s why we’ve developed a clear wet weather policy to ensure you’re informed and prepared, no matter the conditions.

What Happens If It Rains Before Class?

In case of bad weather, we’ve got you covered! To keep you up to date, we recommend checking the Minisport app and your email inbox for real-time updates on whether your class will proceed or be moved to a backup location.

Our team closely monitors weather conditions at each venue and will notify you of any cancellations or adjustments in advance. If a class is cancelled due to rain, you’ll receive a full credit for the session, which will be automatically added to your account.
You will be able to use it to book another class of your choice or you can message us to help you book another session.

What If It Starts Raining During Class?

Sometimes, weather conditions can change unexpectedly during a class. Here's how we handle it:

If rain interrupts the class and less than 50% of the session has been completed (about 25 minutes for a typical class), the session will be cancelled, and you will receive full credit for the class.

However, if the class has already passed the 50% mark, we will continue with the activities as much as possible, but no credit will be issued.
We aim to keep your children safe and comfortable while ensuring they still enjoy their time with us. For certain venues, we may have backup locations, and we will notify you through the app if that option is available.

Venue-Specific Policies

Each of our outdoor venues may have its own unique policy when it comes to wet weather.

Here’s a quick guide on what you can expect at each location:

- West Coast Park: The classes will be cancelled.
- East Coast Park: The classes will be moved to Marina East Under The Bridge.
- Ang Mo Kio-Bishan Park:  The classes will be cancelled.
- Fort Canning Park: The classes will be cancelled.
- Sengkang Riverside Park: The classes will be moved to a sheltered area next to the restaurant.
- Canberra Park: The classes will be moved to a sheltered area at the park.
- Sun Plaza Park: The classes will be cancelled.
- Bidadari Park: The classes will be cancelled.

By keeping a close eye on the weather, staying in touch via the Minisport app, and following these guidelines, we’ll make sure that even wet weather days are well-managed, so your little one doesn’t miss out on the fun!
