Our Minisport Parent Code of Conduct

At Minisport, our goal is to create a fun, safe, and inspiring environment where every child can build skills, confidence, and a love for being active.
To make each session run smoothly, we count on the support of parents and caregivers. These simple guidelines help our coaches focus on what matters most: helping your little ones play, learn, and grow.

Before the Class

Help your child arrive ready to play:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your child can settle in comfortably.
▪ Make sure they’ve had water, sunscreen, and a quick bathroom break.
▪ Bring the right footwear, uniform, and lots of enthusiasm! If you’re running late, please inform us ahead of time.
▪ If you can’t attend, the cancellation policy will apply

During the Class

Let the coaches lead - and support when needed.
Our coaches are trained to guide your child through the activities and learning moments.
▪Stay close by, keep an encouraging presence and offer assistance (one parent or caregiver only) with the tasks if needed.
▪Smiles and positive words go a long way!
▪If your child is not following instructions, disrupting the group, or becomes upset, we ask that you step in promptly to help.
▪Your calm intervention allows the coach to continue leading the rest of the class without interruption.
▪Once your child has settled, they’re welcome to rejoin the activity.

After the Class

Celebrate effort and progress:
Ask your child what they enjoyed most, focusing on fun and trying new things helps build confidence.
▪ Give them praise for effort, teamwork, and listening.
▪ If you have feedback or questions, our coaches are always happy to chat after class or feel free to leave a review in the Minisport App.
